Azri Mortimer receives life-changing heart transplant

Azri, 8, was diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy in December 2016 and told she needed a new heart within 12 months, however, on the 23rd of February, she received a life saving heart transplant.

St Patrick’s book lovers are all on the same page
