Student wellbeing
We support the social and emotional welfare of students and their families through effective strategies, recommendations, policies and procedures, guidelines and tools that enable healthy personal development in students and contributes to their academic success.
Our innovative restorative practices framework is just one of the additional wellbeing initiatives we offer to ensure each child has a positive school experience.

Learning at St Patrick's
St Patrick's is a place where curiosity, imagination and love of learning thrive through working together to provide the most effective, engaging and challenging learning experiences for students.
As one of the 80 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Parramatta, we’re working together to transform learning for students in Greater Western Sydney. This means reimagining and refreshing learning and teaching for today’s world and today’s learners.
The purpose and promise of a Catholic education is to inspire each learner - student, teacher and family - to discover a meaningful and flourishing life.
Our faith journey
St Patrick's is a great place for students to grow in faith and learning. We value each student as an individual and share the values of the Gospel to help them discover the hope that is within and to experience a meaningful and flourishing life.
Liturgy and prayer are integral to school life as students deepen their personal faith and celebrate important moments as a community. We offer a great place for students to grow in faith and learning; enabling them to live a meaningful and flourishing life.

Beyond the classroom
We believe it is important for students to pursue interests to find what they are passionate about. Our school gives them exposure to a range of exciting opportunities to unlock their creative potential, develop a talent or follow a passion.
At St Patrick's, students benefit from our extensive extra-curricular program with opportunities including excursions, Mini Vinnies, athletics, kitchen garden program, keyboard lessons and Voice of Youth public speaking. They also gain leadership experience with a variety of avenues to represent the school community.
Sport
Sport is a valued part of a school’s curriculum, contributing to the development of the whole child by providing opportunities for social, physical, emotional and moral learning. Participation, enjoyment and skill development are the cornerstones of school sport.
Extensive opportunities to participate in sports include:
- Sports in Schools Australia (SISA) program
- athletics, swimming and cross country carnivals
- sport gala days
- gymnastics
- football and cricket clinics
- intensive swimming program
We are proud of our students’ success in representative sports including soccer, netball, swimming and athletics. Representative pathways are also available through the Parramatta Diocesan Primary Sports Council.

Before and After School Care
Ambrose School Aged Care, located on the school grounds, offers flexibility and convenience for parents. Specialist staff provide active, engaging and fun programs for children in years K-6. Care is available before, after school, and on pupil free days.
Parents as Partners
Strong partnerships between home, parish and school support students to grow in faith and learning. We recognise parents and carers as each student’s most influential, primary and essential educators.
